Work on Randall.
Randall is an accountability app: you add a task, choose who’s notified, and if you miss, one plain report goes out. It’s live on the web, iPhone, iPad, and Mac, built by a very small team that would like to be slightly less small. Two roles are open.
Product designer
OpenOwn how Randall looks and feels across web, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. There's a young design system to grow (one quiet neutral theme, type-first, color reserved for status) and a long list of screens that deserve more care than one person can give them. You'd be the taste of the product.
What we look for
- You've designed a product system, not just screens: tokens, type scales, components.
- You can work across web and native without treating one as an afterthought.
- You prototype in whatever gets an answer fastest, and you can say why a design is calm instead of boring.
Growth
OpenBe the first person whose whole job is getting Randall in front of people who need it. Launches, distribution, lifecycle, the App Store listing, and what happens after someone's first missed deadline. You'd work directly with the founder and shape this role yourself.
What we look for
- You've grown a consumer or prosumer product before, and you can show what worked.
- You write clearly. Most of growth here is words in front of strangers.
- You're comfortable being the entire growth team: strategy in the morning, shipping in the afternoon.
How to apply
No forms. Email support@randall.report with the role in the subject line, a few sentences on why this product, and the work you’re proudest of: a portfolio, a launch, a number you moved. Remote is fine. We reply to everyone who clearly read this page.
